This dress MAY be a little expensive for Mandee, but I couldn't resist.
It is SO beautiful. This dress has that "wow" factor that you want for every dress you buy. The contrast of the white cloth with the red belt is really suited for ladies with paler skin. Somehow, even the black detailing on the dress works without making you look like the Queen of Hearts.
