I'm in love with purple patterns and black lace, so this dress has a Jax factor that other dresses just don't have. Although it's included in Forever 21's summer collection, it feels much more like a fall dress to me. I think lace tights might be too much for this dress, so go with black opaque to keep the pattern the star.
