Etsy dresses! A world I don't visit often! And yet here we are...
In a world where formal dresses that look as elegant as this will easily run you more than $100, $79.80 for something one of a kind and hand made seems downright cheap! I am normally not super into chiffon, but this dress is changing my attitude one look at a time.
I'm not sure about the "one size fits most" characterization, but I think you can probably take that up with the seller?
