This shoe is really for the guy that already owns a pair of serviceable brown top-siders. The green is colorful and perfect for summer, and it's not a shade that is too colorful, or too preppy. It just works with this particular shoe. Don't be afraid of some color, and a light sage is definitely the way to go with footwear.
