You gotta love shopping at Target. I went there to buy some eye makeup for my Cleopatra costume, some Halloween candy, and....this shirt???

I was just standing on the checkout line when I saw this shirt. And it was magically just within my arm's reach!!! I hoped for the best with a small and threw it in my cart.

All I can say is..wow! This shirt looks and feels like it could be on a rack in J. Crew or Ann Taylor, but it's WAY CHEAPER!!! I love the abstract gray and black color splotches, and the center ruffle that is perfect for under a suit.

About a week ago, someone asked me where they could find patterned leggings. I directed them to the usual places (American Apparel, Target, etc.), but I didn't realize ModCloth had this fabulous pair of eggplant colored lace leggings now on sale for just $14.99!

These leggings are a great option if you have a black tunic/dress that you need to wear with something underneath. The color is not so crazy that you'll draw a ridiculous amount of attention to yourself, and that's an important consideration with leggings!

Some (most?) belong feature on episodes of Jerseylicious, and others (like the one featured above) are classic, extremely chic pieces that will stand the test of time in any state (Jersey included!) FASHION DEAL DIVA: Go On And Lace It Up

I don't like lace-up, knee length boots that have a giant stiletto-esque heel. I'm not sure about why I have this aversion, but I think, generally, the lace-up style belongs on a flat.
