There is so much going on in this necklace, but it all seems to work in an orderly and fashionable way. If you wear this necklace, it MUST be the star. Otherwise, you risk having competing pieces, which will not be good for a cohesive look. The ivory rose brings a calming element to the beads and lace and ties the modern and old fashioned elements together.
I've seen a lot of necklaces that attempt to do what this necklace does, but they fail where this one succeeds. You can't have too much, but you can't have too little. This one is just right.
