It is beyond me as to why Forever21 paired this skirt on the model with a black shirt and shoes....there is no black in it! Initially, I didn't like it on the model...but on it's own, its a beautiful floral skirt with lovely ruffle detailing! And not too many ruffles to make you sick of it.
I would pair this with white or gold gladiator sandals and a tucked in white shirt or tank.
