I'm making a BIG effort to post more work clothes for those ladies who work in business casual offices.
I love love love the sleeves on this dress. And I love this color (which I understand not everyone can wear.) The bunching and ruching in the different areas of the dress gives the item more shape than you would expect with a dress of this style. This can also be a great night-time dress. Put something big and flashy in your hair and head on out!
