I don't always think I look great in super tight dresses, but my experience with super tight dresses at Forever 21 has been generally good. I just go a size up, and it seems to hug in all the right places while letting my....erm....not so flat parts rest without hugging me like saran wrap.
I like the puffy one shoulder...adds a slight 80's element (which I, of course, love).
