Nothing says "party" like a sequinned mini!
A long time ago, Express was THE place for party clothing. And then for a long time, they stopped doing that. They made lots of serviceable basics, and one Christmas, the store looked like a sea of sweaters. I mean, they were GREAT sweaters and GREAT basics, but not party clothes.
This sequinned skirt lets me know Express is back in the business of fun party wear!
