This dress seems to encapsulate all the hope and excitement that comes with a completely new day. The slight sweetheart bodice gives the dress a little more bust shape than your average skinny strap frock. I love the entire color scheme, and the different colored paneling. And it's been raining so much here, that I have to point out it's a dress for rain and shine alike!
