Welcome to Royal Wedding Week! Seeing as there is expected to be more than one billion (with a "b") viewers of this event, I'll be posting this week about the Royal Wedding and themes you can take from their wedding to yours.
I love Easter and I love still getting an Easter basket. I found these cute baskets on sale at Pottery Barn Kids, even if you have outgrown the basket thing these little guys can add some hoppiness (ha!) to your home. You can use these as decoration or as a gift. I just think they are way too cute to pass up. Who knows? Maybe if you leave it out the Easter bunny will leave a treat!
I've been looking for favors that make your guests feel welcomed and thanked but don't end up in a junk drawer, landfill, or recycling bin. The flower/plant wedding favor trend has been around for a while and I love the little seed favors above.

Have you ever seen awesome photobooth pictures from a wedding and wondered where people got all those fake moustaches? Well here is an answer to that question.
I love Valentine's Day (I am sure many will disagree), but I love every holiday because it gives me an excuse to decorate. I was searching through Urban Outfitter's Valentine's collection and found this rug. It says "Please don't go". Even if you don't celebrate Valentine's Day, you could still use this rug as a doormat, because who likes to see anyone go? I also really liked the idea of a leaving mat instead of the typical welcome mat.
If you don't want to spend a lot of money on wedding favors (and I certainly don't) consider ordering some custom-made stickers to put on your not-that-expensive-but-really-thoughtful favors.
Table numbers can become part of a centerpiece in lots of ways. I am always looking for a sophisticated way to guide guests to their tables that isn't too expensive and doesn't involve hours of time with a glue gun.
I know I've already posted bird cake toppers but two little happy love birds sitting on top of a cake is such a cute idea and these ones are not just cute but also made from sustainable poplar wood, so you won't have to worry about creating more disposable plastic items in the world.
