Warm Weather Deals In Cold Weather Times

Seychelles is one of my favorite shoe makers. It always has interesting designs, and the shoes are generally comfortable.

I'm going to justify a posting about a sandal based on the fact that I can think of at least ten states where you could possibly wear them in the winter (FL, GA, CA, AZ, NM, TX, LA, HI, AL, MS).

I think this sandal would be ideally paired with tiny black shorts and a dressy white or ivory blouse. But it would also work with a mini skirt. My big point here is that you must keep space between the sandal and where your clothing begins because the sandal wraps around the ankle, and you don't want to look stumpy!
