When I first saw this dress, I thought "is that too many ruffles?" And I have decided....no! It's not! It's a perfect amount!
I rely on Marc Jacobs to dance near the line of too much but never go over. If you, like me, have to attend a bajillion weddings this summer, I highly recommend this frock because it's fashion forward, good quality, and you'll get some good summer wedding mileage out of it.
