This dress is for my taller ladies! Tall ladies who gravitate towards draping and a drop waist!
I am normally not one for teal, but this particular shade is sharp and works well with this shape of dress. I think the large and bright chunky necklace is the way to go (doesn't have to be this one, but something in this jewelry family.)
