No matter what season it is, dark work clothes can always be appropriate. I think this is because most offices are insanely cold, so for some reason dark colors seem appropriate, even when it's 85 out! While this blouse is squarely in the fall/winter category, it has a brightness that I think makes it appropriate for work. So go ahead, brave your work AC in this top even though it's boiling hot outside!
