ModCloth named this dress the "Fashion Ambassador Dress." And you know what? This does look like something an ambassador would wear. But it's also still super cute and stylish! How did they do that? How did they make something that should be stuffy and conservative seem so awesome?
Nah, it doesn't matter how they did it, just that it's here for us to buy, wear, and be awesome in!
