What this shirt needs is a belt. Otherwise you look like you are wearing a shapeless nothing!
Imagine how much better this would look if she had a thin red belt on with it. Or a thick tan belt (and then you could pair it with the flats!)
Also, why does Charlotte Russe make their models stand so weird. Ladies, no slouching, keep your shoulders back!
