From the front, this may look like an average black dress, but from the back, you see that it has that unusual flap/ruffle detailing. Maybe this isn't the best dress if you have long hair that would cover it up. If you have short hair that would allow the detail to be seen, I think this is a great black dress to add to your collection.
I also happen to love sateen, so if that is your fabric, too, then this dress is a winner.
