Forever 21 may be adding more pricier items, but when I find a dress for $13.80 as cute as this one, it's hard to pass up!!
Two of my favorite dresses are tribal pattern dresses purchased from Forever 21. They are very very good at making a comfy, cheap dress that has a great pattern and will wear forever. That's a hard combo to nail, but they consistently do it!
