HALF-OFF HOTTIE: Cat Eyes

Sunglasses are one of my favorite accessories, and to me, sunglasses are versatile and can fulfill several different purposes. They will keep the sun out of my eyes (duh!), hide my morning-after look when I've gone to bed waaay too late, and allow me to pretend I don't see people out and about when they see me and I'm not feeling particularly social (what? I'm the only one that wears sunglasses for this purpose?)

Anyway, sunglasses are fabulous! I love to tie the color of the sunglasses into the outfit. It adds sophistication and polish to the final look.

Cat eye sunglasses are gorgeous and elongate the eye area. I recently saw a pair on Kate Hudson and thought to myself "I HAVE to have them". Except she was wearing Tory Burch, and for $150 I can probably get two dresses. One pair of sunglasses. Two dresses. Tough one. But thanks to a little searching around the web, it doesn't have to be!

I did some outlet shopping on Friday, so expect to see a few of those purchases on the blog this week!

These sunglasses were a fabulous find at Saks off 5th! Originally $300, I snagged them for $100 after the discount plus another 25% off just for sigining up for their frequent shopper card (it's not a credit card...just a magical card that gets you more off!)

I'm On A Boat! (No, I'm Not, But These Sunglasses Are Awesome!)

Sunglasses are like socks. You can never have too many pairs!

I usually buy one designer pair of sunglasses, and then about ten to twenty other pairs that are from Forever21 that I wear when I want to change up my look that day. Forever21 sunglasses are so cheap that you can buy a bunch and you won't break your bank!

I like these because the ivory rim and the brownish lenses are a nice compliment. They are perfecting if you decide to go yachting! (Or, if you are like most of us and you have no access to a yacht, they're perfect for, well, doing your Saturday errands.)

Is it wrong that now I want to find someone that has a Yacht, just so I can go on it, wear these awesome sunglasses, and sing "I'm on a boat!"?
