That searing, beautiful blue that I hold close to my heart is featured in this super minimalist sandal.  I know this particular blue is hard to handle for some folks, but you can't deny how wonderful it works as a bright *pow* of color in a sandal where there isn't that much sandal there to begin with.

FASHION DEAL DIVA: In Dress Rainbows

As my trip to the Dominican Republic inches ever closer, I need to stock up on some new sun dresses for my trip!  this beautiful rainbow pattern is meant to be paired with a colorful drink and a floppy straw hat.  Anthropologie has seriously outdone themselves with this dress, and while the original price was {{ahem}} way too expensive, the $119 price tag now is totally justifiable.

I do believe this is the first time I've featured a men's penny loafer on guys buys!  So many men have at least one loafer among their dress shoe collection, but what really roped me in on this particular shoe was the color.  If you have a suit in a brown, or tweed, or even some shades of blue, this shoe is the obvious choice over (gasp) a clashing black.

The other day I was looking at my favorite oxfords, and I noticed that there were only four holes for laces, as opposed to the usual 10 or 12.  I guess I hadn't noticed that along with the oxford trend was also a trend of less shoelacing generally.
