If you have nice arms, this is a shirt for you! Do you need to have guns? No, you don't...they just can't be flabby. I'm not saying that you should wear this to a bar, or dinner, or anywhere where a sleeve might even kind of be required. But what about those house parties at your friend's place where he is too cheap to get A/C? Or if you go to see bands in some abandonned warehouse? Or maybe you just want to mow your lawn in style.
Also, word to the wise: get over the fact that this shirt is from Forever21. They are RAPIDLY expanding their mens section, and its only a matter of time till it will be a legit mens clothing store.
