Orange and pink look good together. It's not a pairing I often attempt by myself, but when someone (like Chloe) does it for me, I'm all for it!
I can't think of one skin tone this wouldn't work on, but the shape is not for everyone. You either look good in this shape of dress, or you don't. And you know your body, so buyer be ware!
