The bigger picture is slightly better, but from the thumbnail, it looks like someone had an accident in the paint store. Or washed their colors and whites together in a very hot cycle. And a string in the middle of the dress got caught on the washer door throughout. Not a fan.
This dress might be do-able without the gather at the bottom. There is so much going on with the design and fabric, the extra detail is just a liiitle over the top.
