Putting this dress on is like wearing a party! But it's a super classy party where everyone is very good looking and chic and wonderful, and you're having an amazing time!
It's also hard to find a sexy dress with sleeves, but this one pulls it off. I like the pairing with black tights, and even though it is bright, it's more of a winter dress, so it MAY be a purchase that you make now and can wear in March, maybe April, but after that...it will have to wait in your closet till September 2010.
