The minute it gets nice out, I start to hate all my old summer dresses, and I need new ones. I don't know why this is the way it is, it just is!
I usually head straight to Forever21, where I can buy 3 or 4 summer dresses for under $100 and satisfy the need for new spring and summer garb.
This dress is the perfect spring/summer dress. That blue screams "OH MY GOD THE SEASONS CHANGED ALELUJAH!" The lace pattern is different from your usual, and highlights your chest, which you want to do anyway. Not tight, just perfect for a beautiful day!
