I'm all about the flowy tank, and I'm all about black + white, so no surprise here that I was drawn to this shirt. What gives it an extra kick is the splash pattern. Polka dots would be too refined...the modified "splash" dot pattern makes it just slightly edgy, a fashion statement to make with black shorts or a work outfit.
