I first saw this dress in the window of a boutique near my house, called "Teddy." I fell in love!!! While never a fan of the red/blue combo, this dress is a knockout!!!!
It has a warm, holiday feel to it, but could easily be adapted to other months and/or seasons. The Mad Men-esque cut for the dress puts it right on that style train that everyone is on these days!
