It's hard not to fall in love with this dress and its spectacular details!
Right off the bat, I'm a sucker for a sweetheart bodice. To be honest, I'm not sure why more ladies don't love a sweetheart bodice, which makes any chest size look BIGGER.
But the bottom half of this dress is what makes it truly spectacular. Close up, you can see the alternating black and white dot detailing, which ties in the color block black bodice perfectly. Belt is optional depending on your dressy level.
