Anthropologie calls this the dotted greetings dress. And greeting is exactly what it does. It invites you to step into it in for an afternoon or evening in a cute and stylish dress. I think it was a very smart styling choice to leave the pattern only on the bottom, because I think the dress would be too busy without the navy color blocking.
The bow detailing is my favorite part, taking an otherwise casual dress to that next level of fancy.
