I recently found this beautiful necklace on Etsy. I think Forever 21 tries to make a lot of necklaces like this...and generally fails, miserably. In theory, these necklaces will be beautiful vintage-esque pieces that have a lot of dimension to them. The key is actually using real vintage pieces! Since Forever 21 can't do that, they fail.
Hoogs did not fail in her efforts...by choosing wonderful vintage pieces and combining them with some new elements, she executed a wonderfully chic, yet vintage-y, necklace.
