I know this dress is on the high-price end of the ModCloth inventory, but I simply couldn't resist.
There is nothing I don't like about this dress. I (of course) love the polka dots. I love the tulle sticking out of the bottom of the dress. I love the wider black waist band with the bow, which will give the illusion of a smaller waist even if your waist ain't that tiny. And the thick straps make it appropriate for a variety of seasons and events.
