Although Forever 21 seems to be packaging this as a day dress, I think the cut and the 100% polyester designation make this dress a prime candidate for "going-out floral." Just because a dress is a floral doesn't mean you can't wear it out to party!
Go ahead and be crazy and wear a pair of patent leather pumps, or a pair of fancy booties, to elevate this dress from floral to flirty.
