Another tie neck blouse! Yes, I have a thing for this classic style. But I'm not the only one! We saw this shape on spring runways, and just saw them again (!) on a number of Fall 2011 runways. So this is a style that will last... Find one for yourself now and wear it all year. And I am just loving this rich butterscotch color and the petite stripes.
