On second glance, that is not the case. And I am supremely distrubed. Cute slouchy ankle boots + dressy flip flop DOES NOT EQUAL fashionable. Just because two things are in, doesn't mean you should combine them.
I don't like 'em. I still think you're likely to find them in a magazine on the feet of some petite socialite or actress with oversized sunglasses and a bag the size of her body.
