Chelsea went and wore a big poofy dress (so my guess was wrong), but I love that dress. However, you don't need a $20,000 Vera Wang gown to get a similarly romantic look.The dress above costs considerably less but has a similar style to the Vera Wang. This dress also has a wrapped boddess and an awesome tulle-over-satin skirt. I might tone down the flower accessory but other than that, a great dress.
