Make no mistake about it, this is NOT a pastel spring. I'm seeing a ton of 70s style neutrals (browns, oranges, yellows), and when I do see colors, they are primary, and usually paired with navy.
For ladies on a budget, I especially like the navy/primary trend because it should last you through fall. Who doesn't love a dress that you can wear in two different seasons?
This dresses construction is also a great example of a peplum done right! (No waist overexaggeration here!)
